Concept

This concept tries to unite the advantages of the living in a house with the density of the apartment building. The structure consists of a multiplied module which contains three two-bedroom duplex apartments placed on four floors. Each of the lower units has a direct access from the street and a private courtyard, while an elevated street provides access to the upper floors which have double orientation and large garden-like teraces.
